Room location and size

Aircon and Fans are OK but could be better..was noisy and remote were not easily accessible.

Courteous staff. Limited room size and relatively small bathroom. Good Accessibility

Bath room size is relatively small but manageable.

There was no drinking water in the room, the shower handle was broken. The towels were not available. had to request.

Value for money accommodation. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Great tasting Food and various option. Decent breakfast option.Great location to get around.Staff is courteous and accomodating.Big Rooms and good snacks and beverage options.

WORST WIFI, WORST HABIT OF ROOM CLEANING PEOPLE TO ENTER THE ROOM without waiting for people to respond.Room cleaning people to just use their key and enter, disregardign there are people in the room.the STAFF should know if there room has occupants, they should not enter.

Good house keeping, good location and good food.

Parking space was dusty and untidy. Staff at the front desk looked unhappy, lacking in professionalism.

Staff at front counter was extreme rude. He doesn't evenknow how to talk with customers.Basic facilities like water in bathroom was not coming when I called the manager he said it will come in 15 minutes and that 15 minutes extended to 1 hr 30 minutes by saying 15 minutes more every time I called.They should not lie to their customers, should tell straightforwardly the truth and must have some backup plan as they are running a hotel.

Too small a room to accommodate 3 adults. Hotel shouldn't have taken the booking for 3 people.

Not Worth your money & time. Rude Staff & no electricity

A lot of issues with the propertyFrom location to staff everything was a disasterFirst when we arrived to location, the staff highlighted us that there was no electricity but the back up was functioning which will further assist the AC.Later when we were waiting for our room, we saw a customer who came running highlighting how he was stuck in lift for 45 minutes and no staff member was their for his rescue, Yikes! Talk about hospitality!After 40 (3:40 pm)minutes of waiting, we got our rooms where the AC was on but had no cooling, we went to front desk and told about our query and they said it should be working soon. We went back to our room and for good 30-40 minutes the lights kept fluctuating (8 times, trust me I counted it), we got super angry we kept going back and forth to desk (and let me remind you there was no electricity & lift was not working + we were provided rooms on 2nd floor, talk about cardio)we asked front desk as to why we were put in situation, it was extremely hot and rooms were like sauna and they had the standard answer that it will come back.There was no point of staying at hotel, we went to mall to dine in for lunch and came back after 2-3 hours later, we talked to desk before entering our room that if electricity was working, they told us it was working. And what a disappointing situation, 15 minutes entering the room, the electricity went out....it was the peek of the situation, we called the front asking as to why we were put in this situation and asked for a refund and told them we gave a full price yet the service were horrible. And we got the best reply, the reception cut out call, just straight up hanged up my call! This was the moment I was done with the hotel! I went to front desk and asked for an explanation for such an act and they had one of the most unprofessional reply " he is new, we are sorry, please stay in your room" my boyfriend had to jump in because it was close to 8 PM.

Location and the head chef at the restaurant was very good and front office manager was nice too.

First day since we were new there we had to ask few times for housekeeping assistance and the room boy who came was not polite and shouted at us saying “why can’t you ask everything on one request I have work to do” this was what we got. Such a disappointment then the toilet floor looks so dull and dirty we had to ask to clean. Every other day room boy comes to refresh but doesn’t clean the toilet properly. First day the bedsheets and towels had very dirty dark stains and we had to ask the room boy to change but he refused and said it can be done after 2 days. Reception checkin staff cheated on 500 Indian rupees after I paid and after he gave me a full payment receipt he called to the room and said I gave 500 rupees less. Reception staff doesn’t have the courtesy to greet even if we pass by 10 times, they are too busy doing other things.

The staff is very good & hotel maintenance is good.

Hotel was good. Great value for money. Would have stayed longer but they were fully booked. I enjoyed the small gym facility on the top floor.

Cockroaches in the room, AC wasn't working, no one cared after repeatedly following it up.

Convenient location if one has to move around Bannerghatta Road. Excellent value for money hotel with nice room, bathroom and tasty / fresh food at the in-house restaurant.Very kind of the hotel staff to let our driver use the hotel washroom /shower facilities.

Slight persistent stale smoke odor in the bathroom, dust visible on the ceiling fan, the tea flask on the break fast buffet had a bad odor.

Adequate Parking Space in the empty parking lot next to the hotel and close proximity to Mall and IIM Bengaluru Campus.

Breakfast options were limited for a North Indian vegetarian. I would prefer Aloo Paratha with Dahi to be added to your menu.
